May and June were exceptionally busy months for me and my blog updates were among the items that were not tended to as regularly as I probably should have. I apologize for that and will be making changes to my schedule that will allow for proper updates.

I am constatnly receiving pertinent real estate information from a variety of sources and my new goal is to put as much of the useful information in my blog as possible. This will also serve as a great resource tool for buyers or sellers so they can review what has been forecast and see how close to the mark some of those analysts were.
